Online Paper Submission : Camera-ready paper

Here are the steps you must follow:

1. Please see the reviewers' comments, which are intended to help you to improve your paper for final publication. 

2. The AWIC’09 papers will be published by Springer as part of their Advances in Soft Computing series. Papers should be prepared in LATEX and have a length of up to 10 (4 posters) pages following the Springer format: here (http://www.springer.com/series/4240?detailsPage=contentItemPage&CIPageCounter=156163).

3. In order for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, you have to register on conference web pages first, than a signed Springer Copyright Form (Consent to Publish: http://www.springer.com/cda/content/document/cda_downloaddocument/Consent+to+Publish.pdf?SGWID=0-0-45-695598-p173623158) must be submitted for each paper. The copyright must be downloaded by authors, originally signed, scanned and send or faxed to conference secretary (Barbora Klečková, barbora.kleckova@vsb.cz, Fax: +420 597 323 099 Fax Tel: +420 597 323 263 and copied/anounced to Gamila E-mail: gamila.ahmed.obadi.st@vsb.cz.

4. Prepare your manuscript for final camera ready submission. Follow CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY all the instructions given in the author kit link and send by E-mail the camera ready paper and copyright form to Gamila (gamila.ahmed.obadi.st@vsb.cz) and copy me . Your final submission should be named by number of your Easy Chair submission and contain all latex files including, figures, final-PDF, answer to reviewers and if possible Copyright too.
