Rules maker and analyzer with usage of Formal Conceptual Analysis and statistical evaluation of these rules on the real patients' DNA data sets.

Basic description

This software tool is used to calculate statistically significant rules over a collection of data. It is assumed that the input file will consist of binarized attribute values, DNA snips of individual patients obtained during medical examination. The output is represented by an evaluation of chance of occurrence of the disease / complications for a given subsets of patients. The tool serves as an aid in the decision to initiate or change the course of treatment.

Installation

It is a standalone application written in C# where all required libraries are provided.
